In the event that unforeseen circumstances occur with your package, we will re-ship your item for free or you will have the option to receive a refund.
There are no refunds on wellness consultations, herbal products, beauty or anything that was sealed upon receiving it.
If you decide to request a refund after receiving your item(s), you must send an email expounding on your intent for requesting a refund, including photos. If the request is justifiable, you must ship the item back to us at your own expense in order to receive a full refund. You have 10 days to return the item(s) or your refund will be null and void.
