8 Class Yoga Package

Our 8-class yoga package is designed to meet mothers at any stage of their prenatal or postpartum journey, offering the accountability and support they need. Aimed at one class per week, for two months, mothers will experience the rejuvenation they seek through intentional breath work, poses tailored to their needs, and meditation. Our yoga classes fuse Womb Yoga Dance & Yin Yoga, specifically curated to nourish individuals with wombs throughout their life stages.

Participants purchasing the 4 or 8 class package will receive a complimentary ClaryCalm dōTERRA essential oil.

Classes are available virtually or in person for those located at Fort Stewart.

Upon choosing your class package, you will receive a waiver + questionnaire to assess your needs.
